The hotel was clean with very kind staff and early check-in at 2:00 p.m. The room was wonderful, spotless, with a comfy bed. This venue was located in a central area very close to the microwave and closet areas as well as restaurants nearby.

There were a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a personal safe in the room, liked that. Location: the hotel was very close to the center of the city. Easily reached Brown & Loe, located just a short walk away from the venue, had lunch/dinner there.

We had a really great stay because of the pool. We truly enjoyed the hotel, it was nice and had a peaceful location close to City Market, Union Station, the Arabia museum, Arthur Bryant's BBQ, and bars & restaurants. The staff was wonderful and kind, providing helpful service. Our double room was updated.

Breakfast is bad

A great bed! But why the sink is not in the huge bathroom but outside in the anteroom is not really clear to me. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hairdryer...

The lighting at/in the cupboard is poor, there is also the safe, a lamp in or in front of the cupboard would be helpful.

This place is fantastic, with a prime location near the turnpike for convenient access and incredibly friendly staff, modern rooms at a great price featuring a comfortable bed, a safe, and a dresser.

The location was perfect, right next to everything we had planned to do or go.

Too many fees that were added to our bill and not in the original bill. Since the added fees tend to be similar for all rooms, they need to show on the original receipt.

This location was booked online for 2 nights and I showed the confirmation to the clerk but he said he didnt need it...then when we tried to get back in our room later the next day it was locked and we had to find out why and the clerk said he thought we were only staying the one night. Weird... Also, it would have been nice to have an exhaust fan in the room... Even tho the staff was friendly they werent too helpful in giving us info..they suggested a good cafe and then didnt know how to get there and had the internet up but wouldnt look for it...weird

The room was exceptionally comfortable, especially the bed. It had useful amenities like a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee/tea making facilities. The private bathroom was nice. The location was absolutely perfect, just a few steps away from everywhere. It was a good area. Early check-in was possible, and street parking was available. Additionally, they had a pool which was a nice feature.

Not enough toilet paper.

The desk staff were friendly. Checking in and out was easy and painless. Complimentary breakfast and coffee was provided. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the room (didnt' use the microwave but I like that it was there, just in case)

My room was on the first floor and outside my window was the parking lot. There was a pile of trash outside my window - someone had a fast-food fiesta apparently and just threw it out of the car. It just stayed there.
